Court Reservation Procedures
- To help ensure fair and convenient access to PYRC courts, members are asked to follow these reservation guidelines:
- Reserve Courts Online
- Reservations for all racquet sports are made online through the CourtReserve app.
- Members should reserve their playing time in advance so others can easily see when courts are available.
Select the Correct Court
- Before confirming your reservation, please make sure you have selected the correct court, date, and time.
- Review your reservation details to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Cancel Promptly When Plans Change
- If you are unable to use your reserved court time, please cancel the reservation as soon as possible.
- Prompt cancellations make the court available for other members who may wish to play.
- Be Considerate of Fellow Members
- Please use only the court and time you have reserved.
- Finish play promptly so the court is available for members scheduled in the next time slot.
- Keeping CourtReserve up to date helps everyone plan their playing time and makes the best use of our club facilities.

Come Play With Us!
The Penn Yan Racquet Club is more than a place to play—it’s a community built around a shared love of racquet sports, friendly competition, staying active, and spending time with good people.
From our beginnings in Penn Yan’s historic Elmwood Theatre to our member-owned home at 10 Elmwood Avenue, PYRC has always been shaped by the people who play here. That tradition continues today through the enthusiasm, friendship, and volunteer spirit of our members.
Whether you enjoy tennis, pickleball, racquetball, or handball, are an experienced competitor, or are simply looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people, there’s a place for you at PYRC.
Come for the game. Stay for the friendships. And become part of a club that has been proudly built, supported, and enjoyed by generations of local racquet-sports enthusiasts.
Good games. Good people. Year-round play.
That’s the Penn Yan Racquet Club.
